1. Sponsorship Appeals. If your application to sponsor a close family member was refused by the Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC), we can represent you in an appeal to the Immigration Appeal Division (IAD) of the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB).
2. Removal Order Appeals. We assist permanent residents, refugees, foreign nationals with permanent resident visa, whose status was revoked and who face deportation to appeal in the IAD.
3. Residency Obligation Appeals. If you are a permanent resident who has lost your status for the fact of not being physically present in Canada for at least 730 days out of the period of five years, we can assess your compelling circumstances and help you to appeal in the Immigration Appeal Division of the Immigration and Refugee Board.
4. Administrative Review. We can assist you in the procedure of administrative review of a decision by MIDI to refuse your application for a Québec selection certificate (CSQ) or Quebec acceptance certificate (CAQ). The administrative review normally applies to cases where a legal, factual (omission or misinterpretation of the facts) or clerical error (calculation or writing error) has led to a decision to refuse.
5. Request for Restoration of Status. In case your temporary resident visa was refused or you have overstayed and failed to extend your status in advance, we can assist you with filing a request for restoration to the Case Processing Centre.
